Product walkthrough

Explain any decision without reconstructing it.

RegNovaIQ is a risk-intelligence platform that seals the record for a decision at the moment the decision is made, so the evidence a regulator asks for already exists.

What this page shows

  • One synthetic payment, followed from the moment it arrives to the moment an analyst closes it.
  • Six steps, in the order the platform runs them.
  • The record a decision leaves behind, component by component.
  • What a third party can check without our software.
How it runs

One payment, six steps

This page follows one payment through the platform, in order, from the moment it arrives to the moment an analyst closes it. The payment is synthetic. It was generated for this walkthrough rather than taken from a customer, because RegNovaIQ has no customers yet, and we would rather say so.

The point of the walkthrough is not that a score appeared at step four. It is that by the time the score appeared, the record explaining it already existed — sealed, signed, and checkable with a verifier that runs offline and contains no RegNovaIQ code.

01

Ingest

The payment enters as a single event and is given a decision identifier before anything is evaluated. Every step that follows writes against that identifier, so the record is assembled as the decision is made rather than reassembled afterwards.

02

Screening

The parties to the payment are screened against official sanctions, politically-exposed-person and adverse-media sources, and every match is recorded with the source it came from and the version of that source in force at the time. A match is a citation, not a verdict — the screening outcome is written to the record whether it clears or not.

03

Network

The platform reports where a party to this payment connects to something already under review. The finding is recorded as a plain statement of what connects to what, with a pointer to each record it rests on, so an analyst can check the claim rather than take the platform's word for it.

04

Score

A risk score is produced, with its confidence where the model states one, and it is written to the record alongside the model version, rule-set version and configuration in force at that moment. Each contributing signal is listed with a link to the record it was drawn from, so a reviewer can audit every input to the score even though the model's internal logic stays proprietary.

05

Evidence

At the point of decision the platform seals the record and signs it. It records what it has, and records anything absent as absent instead of filling the gap.

06

Disposition

An analyst clears the payment or escalates it, and the disposition is written to the same record with the identity of the person who decided and the reason they gave. Nothing earlier is rewritten — the disposition is appended, so the record shows what the platform said, what the analyst decided, and where the two differed.

The record

What a decision leaves behind

A decision produces one record, sealed at the moment the decision is made and signed so that someone who does not trust us can still check it.

The components of a sealed decision record, what each one holds, and why a reviewer wants it.
Component What it holds Why a reviewer wants it
The sealed decision The inputs and the outputs as they stood at the moment of decision Establishes what the platform was actually given, and what it actually returned
Versions in force Model version, rule-set version and configuration at that moment A decision cannot be judged against today's configuration; it must be judged against the one that produced it
Source chain Which external source supplied each fact, and which version of that source Separates what the platform inferred from what it was told, and by whom
Written explanation The narrative for the decision, where one exists Present when it exists; recorded as absent when it does not, never generated to fill the row
Tamper evidence Proof the record has not changed since it was sealed Detects alteration after the fact, including by us
Signature A signature a third party can check without our involvement Makes the record verifiable by someone who does not trust the platform

What a third party can do with it

  • Verify it offline. The exported record is checked by a standalone verifier with no network connection and no RegNovaIQ code involved, using the verification key that accompanies the export.
  • Confirm it matches what was sealed. The check fails if any part of the record has changed since it was sealed, and it names the part that failed.
  • See what could not be reproduced. Where a component cannot be re-derived, the verifier says so and gives the reason. It is never reported as matching.

That last point is the one we would ask a reviewer to test first. A verifier that returns a clean result for everything is a verifier that is not checking anything.

Scope

Where the walkthrough stops

The walkthrough stops at the boundary of how the platform decides. You will not find the signals that feed a score, their weighting, the thresholds that separate one disposition from another, or the method behind the network finding in step three.

That is deliberate. A detection system whose logic is published is a detection system that can be evaded. Any vendor in this category who offers to show you their detection logic is offering you something their other customers would not want them to have. What is not withheld is anything a reviewer needs in order to check a decision: every input, every source, every version in force, the analyst's reasoning, and a signature over all of it. Explainability, in a regulated setting, means the decision can be examined and defended — not that the model can be copied.

Status

What is true today

We would rather a buyer find this section than find the gap themselves during diligence.

  • Pre-revenue, no customers. RegNovaIQ has not been deployed in production and carries no live client traffic. The payment on this page is synthetic.
  • No certifications held. We hold no SOC 2 report. No SOC 2 examination has been completed. We do not hold ISO 27001.
  • NVIDIA Inception member since 3 September 2026.
  • The company of record is NOVAIQ LIMITED, incorporated in England and Wales on 7 January 2026, company number 16948483. The registered details and the link to the public record are on the company page.
Questions

Questions a reviewer should ask next

Is the payment on this page real?

No. It is synthetic, generated for this walkthrough. We have no customers, so we have no customer data to show and would not show it if we did.

Can we see the rules and the model?

No. You can see every input to a decision, every source, every version in force, and the reasoning an analyst recorded. The detection logic itself stays proprietary, and we would expect you to be sceptical of any vendor in this category who offered otherwise.

How does a regulator check a decision without your help?

The record is exported in a form designed to be checked by a standalone verifier that runs offline and contains no RegNovaIQ code, and we run that check with you during a walkthrough. Independent distribution of the verifier is not yet available; when it is, this page will say so. The check either passes on every component or it fails, and it names which component failed.

What happens when part of the record does not exist?

It is recorded as absent. Nothing is generated to complete a record, and a component that cannot be re-derived is reported as such rather than as a match.

Can a decision be changed after the fact?

The record is append-only. A later disposition, correction or escalation is added to it; earlier steps stay as they were sealed, and any alteration is detectable.

Do you hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001?

No. We hold no SOC 2 report. No SOC 2 examination has been completed. We do not hold ISO 27001.

Next step

Bring us a decision you would struggle to defend

We will run it through the platform and hand you the record it produces, including the parts that come back absent. Bring it as a description or as synthetic data — we will not ask you for live customer records.
