Everything you need to write about us accurately.
Boilerplate you can paste, the corporate record, logo files and brand colours. We are pre-revenue and have no customers, so this page carries no logos, no testimonials and no traction figures. If a figure is not on this page, we either have not measured it or do not publish it — either way, please do not attribute it to us.
What this page will not tell you
- No customer names, logos, testimonials or reference clients — there are none.
- No usage, detection-rate or accuracy figures. We have no deployment to measure them in.
- No security certification. We hold no SOC 2 report. No SOC 2 examination has been completed. No ISO 27001 certificate is held.
- No detection logic: no rules, typologies, thresholds, model design or data-source names.
Two lengths. Both cleared for verbatim use.
Paste either without changes. If you need a variant, ask us rather than editing it yourself — we will send one back; tell us your deadline.

Long — 100 words
RegNovaIQ is an enterprise risk-intelligence platform for regulated institutions. It brings sanctions and KYC screening, transaction monitoring, and fraud and money-laundering detection onto one tenant-isolated platform, so every decision carries a reproducible evidence trail that can be re-examined after the fact. Autonomous agents operate inside the same controls: tenant-scoped, policy-gated and approval-bound. RegNovaIQ is built by NOVAIQ LIMITED (company number 16948483), incorporated in England and Wales on 7 January 2026 and a member of NVIDIA Inception since 3 September 2026. The company is pre-revenue and has no customers to date.

NOVAIQ LIMITED is the only corporate entity we publish in connection with RegNovaIQ. We do not describe it as a subsidiary of any other company, and nothing on the public register records such a relationship.
Founders.
Each founder below is verifiable from this page by a third party: the links are live, external and rendered in server HTML, not behind script.
-
William Davis — Co-Founder
Co-Founder is a business title, not a registered officer role; the register records one director.
One intelligence layer, one evidence trail.
RegNovaIQ is built for institutions that must show their working. It covers sanctions and KYC screening, transaction monitoring, fraud and money-laundering detection, and the operational controls around them, on a single multi-tenant platform. The platform is pre-release: what follows describes the product, not a deployment in service — there is none.
Screening that does not stop at onboarding.
Customers and counterparties are screened on an ongoing basis, not only at account opening. When a subject's status changes, that change reaches the analyst's queue — nobody has to remember to re-run anything.
Monitoring as payments move.
Transactions are assessed in flight, and what reaches the analyst is a queue that is prioritised and carries the reason each item was raised.
One subject, not a pile of records.
An investigator works from a single view of a counterparty with its known connections attached, instead of assembling that view by hand.
An evidence trail built at decision time, not reconstructed afterwards.
Each decision records the inputs it saw, the policy in force, the version of the system that made it, and who approved it. The record is tamper-evident and can be re-examined later by someone who was not there.
Autonomy that stops at a human.
Agents assemble and draft the work. Every material action stays behind an approval boundary, scoped to a single tenant, and lands in the same audit trail as an operator's own actions.
Operator control plane.
Tenant lifecycle, entitlements, ingestion, model operations and observability run from one console, with every action role-gated and attributed.
We describe outcomes, not detection logic.
We do not publish how the platform decides. That means no detection rules, no typologies, no scoring thresholds or bands, no model design, no matching or resolution methods, no data-source or vendor names, and no counts or coverage figures of any kind. This is deliberate and it is permanent. Two reasons: what a financial-crime detection system publishes about its own logic is what an adversary reads first, and public disclosure of a mechanism can forfeit rights in it.
If a briefing needs technical depth, we will go further under an NDA than this page ever will. Ask.
Claims we will not make, and would ask you not to make for us.
| We are not | The accurate wording |
|---|---|
| SOC 2 certified | We hold no SOC 2 report. No SOC 2 examination has been completed. There is no ISO 27001 certification. |
| Independently assured | No third party has assessed the platform's security or the integrity of its evidence records. |
| Deployed in production | The platform is pre-release. There is no live client traffic. |
| Working with named institutions | There are no customers, no pilots we are naming, and no reference clients. |
| Regulated, authorised or endorsed | We are a software vendor. We are not authorised or supervised by any financial regulator, no regulator has reviewed or endorsed the platform, and using it does not by itself make an institution compliant. |
| NVIDIA-backed or an NVIDIA partner | NOVAIQ LIMITED is a member of the NVIDIA Inception programme. Membership is not an investment, an endorsement, a partnership or a certification. |
| Backed by usage or accuracy statistics | We publish no detection-rate, false-positive or accuracy figures. We have no deployment to measure them in, and a number we generated against our own data is not evidence a buyer should accept. |
| Fully automated decision-making | Agents draft and assemble work. Every material action requires human approval. |
| Patented or patent-pending | We make no patent claim on this page. |
| Part of a group structure | We do not describe NOVAIQ LIMITED as a subsidiary of, or part of a group with, any other company. Nothing on the public register records such a relationship, and we ask that none be inferred. |
| Revenue-generating | Pre-revenue. |
If a draft attributes a figure to us that is not on this page, it did not come from us. Send it over and we will confirm or correct it before you publish.
Where the company actually is.
RegNovaIQ is a 2026-incorporated, pre-revenue company building a compliance platform for regulated financial institutions. The product is pre-release; the go-to-market has not started. We are stating this plainly because a compliance vendor that oversells its own status has already told you what its evidence is worth.

Logo pack.
The pack contains the full logo, the logo with tagline, and the standalone mark. Each ships in a version for light backgrounds and a version for dark backgrounds. Use the version that matches the background, not the one that matches the page's theme name.
| Asset | Variant | Format | File |
|---|---|---|---|
| Logo (mark + wordmark) | Light backgrounds | SVG | regnovaiq-ultimate-light.svg |
| Logo (mark + wordmark) | Dark backgrounds | SVG | regnovaiq-ultimate-dark.svg |
| Logo with tagline | Light backgrounds | SVG | regnovaiq-ultimate-light-tagline.svg |
| Logo with tagline | Dark backgrounds | SVG | regnovaiq-ultimate-dark-tagline.svg |
| Mark only | Light and dark | SVG | regnovaiq-ultimate-icon.svg |
| Favicon | — | SVG | regnovaiq-ultimate-favicon.svg |
Usage
- Use the SVG wherever the medium accepts one.
- Do not recolour, rotate, outline, add effects to, or redraw the mark.
- Do not stretch or condense it. Scale proportionally.
- Do not place the logo on a background that leaves it below AA contrast, or on a busy image without a solid backing shape.
- Do not set the company name in your own typeface as a substitute for the wordmark.
- Do not use the RegNovaIQ mark to imply that we endorse a third party.
- The NVIDIA and NVIDIA Inception marks are not ours to license and are not in this pack. Obtain them from NVIDIA or omit them.
Palette.
Two accents carry the brand and hold across both themes. The interactive values — Regulator Blue and Evidence Teal — darken on light backgrounds so that text and links stay above WCAG 2.1 AA contrast; use the pair that matches the surface you are printing on. Sovereign Violet and Signal Gold are decorative accents, not text colours: neither reaches AA for body text on the light surface, and Signal Gold is close to invisible on it.

The light background is a warm off-white, never pure #FFFFFF. Reproducing the brand on pure white is acceptable in print where cream is not available; darken accents to the light-surface values when you do.
Typefaces.
- Newsreader — display and headings.
- IBM Plex Sans — body, interface and captions.
- IBM Plex Mono — code, identifiers and evidence references.
All three families are open-licensed and available from Google Fonts, so an editor reproducing a layout can obtain them directly. If they are not available, set headings in a transitional serif and body in a neutral grotesque; do not substitute a display or condensed face.
How to write our name.
- The product is RegNovaIQ — one word, capital R, capital N, capital I, capital Q. Not “RegNova IQ”, “Regnovaiq”, “RegnovaIQ” or “REGNOVAIQ”.
- The company of record is NOVAIQ LIMITED, in capitals, as registered. “NovaIQ Limited” is acceptable in running prose where house style forbids all-caps.
- First mention in an article: RegNovaIQ, the risk-intelligence platform built by NOVAIQ LIMITED. Subsequent mentions: RegNovaIQ.
- The category noun we use is risk intelligence or financial-crime risk intelligence. We do not describe ourselves as a RegTech “suite” or a “solution”.
